PGA Jr. League

PGA Jr. League

What is PGA Jr. League?

PGA Junior League is a fun, social, and inclusive opportunity for boys and girls, ages 17 & under, to enjoy the game of golf. Like other recreational youth sports, participants wear numbered jerseys and play on teams with friends. Our Tennessee PGA Professionals captain teams in a popular two-person scramble format which reinforces the team concept and creates a nurturing environment for learning the game of golf.

Upcoming Webinar: “How and Why to Host a Fall PGA Jr. League Program”.

Thinking about running a Fall PGA Jr. League program but not sure where to start? Join us on Thursday, August 13th, from 11:00 to 11:55 a.m. EST to learn the best practices for a successful season ran by Frank Maynard III, PGA Player Engagement Consultant.

We will hear directly from PGA Members who successfully run these programs, including our section’s own Jeremy Beachner, PGA (Teaching Professional at Pine Oaks Golf Course in Johnson City, TN). They will share their firsthand experiences and answer your questions on both the “how” and the “why.”
