Seven top PGA Professionals from Tennessee are set to compete in the prestigious 2025 PGA Professional Championship, taking place April 27 at PGA Golf Club. This national championship, presented by Club Car, Corebridge Financial, and Rolex, is the largest all-professional event in the country. The 312-player field represents all 41 PGA Sections and will be broadcast live on Golf Channel.
Since its inception in 1968, the PGA Professional Championship has served as a stage for the game’s most inspiring performances and personal journeys. The 2025 Champion, along with the top 20 finishers, will earn spots on the Corebridge Financial Team and qualify to compete in the 2025 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Club, held May 12–18.

Adam Forgey, PGA, Heatherhurst Golf Course: 3rd in the 2024 TN PGA Professional Championship, Qualified for the 2025 PGA Professional Championship, T1 in the 2024 City of Crossville Team Championship, T10 2024 Goat Turf Players Championship.
Allie Knight, PGA, Fairways and Greens Golf Center: Qualified for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 LPGA KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, Finished 2nd in the LPGA Professional’s National Championship in 2021 and 2024, 2nd in the TN Women’s State Open in 2024, Qualified for the 2025 PGA Professional Championship, Qualified for the 2024 PGA Cup representing team USA, T1 at the 2024 Yamaha Harold Eller Pro-Am.
Braxton Hunter, PGA, Fairways and Greens Golf Center: 1st in the 2024 Tennessee Shine Co. Pro-Am, 9th in the 2024 Goat Turf Players Championship, Qualified for the 2025 PGA Professional Championship, 2020 Player of the Year.
Chase Harris, PGA, Chickasaw Country Club: 2nd at the 2024 TN PGA Professional Championship, Qualified for the 2025 PGA Professional Championship, 2nd place in the 2023 West TN Chapter Championship.
Chris McCue, PGA, Cherokee Country Club: T5 in the 56th Tennessee PGA Professional Championship, Qualified for the 2025 PGA Professional Championship.
Johan Kok, PGA, Troubadour Golf & Field Club: 4th in the 2024 TN PGA Professional Championship, Qualified for the 2025 PGA Professional Championship, T5 in the 2024 Goat Turf Players Championship, 2018 & 2021 Player of the Year.
Josh Bevell, PGA, Profectus Golf: Qualified for the 2024 PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club, Won five (5) tournaments in 2024: Club Car Match Play, Goat Turf Players Championship, Yamaha Harold Eller Pro-Am (T1), 56th TN PGA Professional Championship, qualified for the 2025 PGA Professional Championship, 2023, 2024 Player of the Year.
