Franklin, TN — The Tennessee PGA (TNPGA) is proud to announce the promotion of Kyle Bachman, PGA, to the position of Assistant Executive Director, effective immediately. Bachman, who has been an integral part of the organization since joining the TNPGA in 2016, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to his new role.

During his tenure as Assistant Tournament Director, and then Tournament Director, Bachman played a pivotal role in elevating the quality and reputation of TNPGA tournaments. His commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships within the golf community have earned him widespread respect among PGA Professionals, Section partners, and colleagues alike. Under his leadership, the TNPGA tournament program has seen increased participation, increased purses and enhanced player experiences across its events.

“Kyle’s dedication and contributions have been instrumental to the success of our organization,” said Clayton Hromadka, Executive Director of the Tennessee PGA. “In his new role, Kyle will oversee key operational initiatives and continue to drive our mission of growing the game and serving our members. We are confident his leadership will further strengthen the TNPGA as we look to the future and how we can better serve our TNPGA Professionals.”

While transitioning into the Assistant Executive Director role, Bachman will continue to have input into Section tournaments, but will also have expanded responsibilities, including management of the Section sponsorship program, fundraising efforts and the day-to-day management of the section’s operations. His promotion reflects the TNPGA’s commitment to recognizing and advancing talent within the organization. We’ll begin the search for an additional tournament department staff member in the coming weeks.

The Tennessee PGA congratulates Kyle Bachman on this well-deserved promotion and looks forward to his continued contributions to the success of our section.
