The Tennessee PGA is using Google Forms to collect award nominations and applications. This will help streamline the process across Chapter, Section, and National levels.
To submit a nomination, click HERE to complete the form. You can submit multiple nominations anytime before the deadline on August 31, 2025.
Award application links will be sent to the nominees once the nomination period has ended on August 31, 2025. Nominees will complete and submit the award applications online.
You may nominate any professional within the Tennessee Section, regardless of their chapter.
